The fiscal year is defined as beginning annually on the first day of July and ending on the thirtieth
day of June following.
The district treasurer shall not draw any check or issue any order for payment that is in excess of the
income and unencumbered revenue of the school district for the fiscal year beginning on the first day
of July and ending on the thirtieth day of June following.
