Except as otherwise provided by law, state/federal regulations, Missouri State Board of
Education/Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education regulations, or by policies
of the Board of Education, all meetings of the Board of Education will be conducted in accordance
with Robert's Rules of Order, Revised.
In accordance with Robert's Rules of Order, Revised, the Board may suspend parliamentary rules of
order by a two-thirds vote.
