EARLY GRADUATION

Students who wish to graduate early will be required to meet with the guidance counselor and submit written notification to the high school principal by October 1 of each year. The counselor will notify the student's parents or guardians of the student's decision if the student is a dependent.

To qualify as an early out student and participate in graduation exercises, all local and state graduation requirements must be completed by the end of first semester. At that time, permission will be granted for the student to participate in graduation ceremonies.

Individuals who graduate early will be considered an alumni for all other activities and therefore may not attend functions and activities designed solely for the high school students.
