Twelve-month, part-time employees accrue sick, personal and vacation leave on a prorated basis. They must work between 20-29 hours per week to be eligible for the prorated leave.

The superintendent is required to provide for the maintenance of up-to-date job descriptions covering all noncertificated support staff positions in the school system. Job descriptions are to be kept in a separate manual dedicated to that purpose and shall be available in the office of the superintendent during regular business hours.
