Road (being also known as Missouri Highway 366) thence southwestwardly along the north line of
said New Watson Road (being also the city limits of Webster Groves, Missouri) to the intersection
of this line with the northwest line of Old Watson Road (at the junction with Grant Road),
Thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Old Watson Road (being also the city limits
of Webster Groves, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the northwest property line of the
former Grant School (now Queen of Holy Rosary Academy, located at 393 W. Old Watson Road),
Thence southwestwardly along the northwest property line of said Grant School and the prolongation
of said line (being also the city limits of Webster Groves, Missouri) to the intersection of this
prolongated line with a line parallel to and 220 feet southwest of the centerline of Grant Road,
Thence northwestwardly along said line parallel to and 220 feet southwest of the centerline of Grant
Road (being also the city limits of Webster Groves, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the
centerline of Holmes Avenue as established by the subdivision of Clover Hill recorded on page 31
in plat book 6 of the St. Louis County Records (said Holmes Avenue afterward being known as Belle
Avenue now vacated),
Thence southwestwardly along the centerline of said Holmes Avenue (now lying in the City of
Crestwood, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the centerline of Wilke Place as established
by the subdivision of Clover Hill recorded on page 31 in plat book 6 of the St. Louis County Records
(said Wilke Place now vacated),
Thence northwestwardly along the centerline of said Wilke Place (now lying in the City of
Crestwood, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the centerline of Bernet Avenue as
established by the subdivision of Clover Hill recorded on page 31 in plat book 6 of the St. Louis
County Records (said Bernet Avenue afterward being known as Heydt Avenue now vacated),
Thence northeastwardly along the centerline of said Bernet Avenue (now lying in the City of
Crestwood, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the northeast line of Hawkins Court,
Thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of said Hawkins Court (being also the city limits
of Webster Groves, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the east line of Berry Road,
Thence northwardly along the east line of said Berry Road (being also the city limits of Webster
Groves, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the south line of Algonquin Lane (being the
point where the city limits of Webster Groves, Missouri, depart to the east),
Thence continuing northwardly along the east line of said Berry Road (now lying in the City of
Glendale, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with a line midway between Bismark Avenue and
Madison Avenue (said line being also the city limits between Glendale, Missouri, and Rock Hill,
Missouri),
Thence continuing northwardly along the east line of said Berry Road (being also the city limits of
Glendale, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the south line of Section 30 T.45N., R.6E.
(being also the north line of Section 31, T.45N., R.6E),
Thence westwardly along said section line (now lying in the City of Glendale, Missouri) to the
intersection of this line with the northwest line of Manchester Road (said northwest line being also
the city limits between Glendale, Missouri, and Warson Woods, Missouri),
Thence continuing westwardly along said section line (now lying in the Village of Warson Woods,
Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the city limits line between Warson Woods, Missouri,
and Kirkwood, Missouri,
Thence continuing westwardly along said Section line (now lying in the Village of Warson Woods,
Missouri); thence digressing south and west to include Lots 25, 26, 27 and 28 of Bennett Hills Plat
No. 2 (at the southwest corner of Bennett Avenue and Norman Place), thence returning to the section
line and continuing westwardly along said section line to the intersection of this line with the city
limits line between Warson Woods, Missouri, and Kirkwood, Missouri,
Thence northwardly along the center line of said Woodlawn Avenue (now lying in the Village of
Warson Woods, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the city limits line between Warson
Woods, Missouri, and Ladue, Missouri,
Thence eastwardly along said city limits line (being also the north line common to Biscayne Heights
plat No. 2 and properties now or formerly in the name of John Lochner) to the intersection of this
line with the west line of Lot 3 of Billings Subdivision,
Thence southwardly along the west line of said Lot 3 of Billings Subdivision (being also the city
limits of Warson Woods, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the south line of Billings
Subdivision,
Thence eastwardly along the south line of said Billings Subdivision (being also the city limits of
Warson Woods, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with a line parallel to and 130 feet west of
the centerline of DesPeres Avenue,
Thence northwardly along said line parallel to and 130 feet west of the centerline of DesPeres
Avenue (being also the city limits of Rock Hill, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the city
limits line between Rock Hill, Missouri, and Ladue, Missouri,
Thence eastwardly along said city limits line (being also the north line common to Overbrook Hill,
part of block 3 of O'Day Place, Oakview Terrace, property now or formerly in the name of Dorothy
O'Hare, Warson Manor, part of Block 2 of O'Day Place, Sherrell Park, and part of block 1 of O'Day
Place) to the intersection of this line with the east line of Kortwright Avenue,
Thence northwardly along the east line of said Kortwright Avenue (being also the city limits of Rock
Hill, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the prolongation of the south line of Old Warson
Road at which point Kortwright Avenue becomes and continues northwardly as Old Warson Road,
Thence continuing northwardly along the east line of said Old Warson Road (being also the city
limits of Rock Hill, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the south line of Old Warson Road,
Thence eastwardly along the south line of said Old Warson Road (being also the city limits of Rock
Hill, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with a line parallel to and 155 feet west of the west line
of J. C. Marshall Estate Subdivision,
Thence northwardly along said line parallel to and 155 feet west of the west line of J. C. Marshall
Estate Subdivision (being also the city limits of Rock Hill, Missouri) to the intersection of this line
with the south line of Litzsinger Road,
Thence eastwardly along the south line of said Litzsinger Road (being also the city limits of Rock

(being also the city limits of Brentwood, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the city limits
of Webster Groves, Missouri,
Thence continuing eastwardly along the tortuous centerline of said Deer Creek Branch of the River
DesPeres (being also the city limits of Webster Groves, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with
the centerline of Big Bend Boulevard (being also the city limits between Webster Groves, Missouri,
and Shrewsbury, Missouri),
Thence continuing eastwardly along the tortuous centerline of said Deer Creek Branch of the River
DesPeres (being also the city limits of Shrewsbury, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the
city limits line between Shrewsbury, Missouri, and St. Louis, Missouri,
Thence southwardly along the city limits line between Shrewsbury, Missouri, and St. Louis,
Missouri, to the intersection of this line with the township line between Township 45 north and
Township 44 north (both being in range 6 east),
Thence southwestwardly along said township line between Township 45 north and Township 44
north (now lying in the City of Shrewsbury, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the
centerline of Laclede Station Road,
Thence southwardly along the centerline of said Laclede Station Road (being also the city limits of
Webster Groves, Missouri) to the intersection of this line with the north line of New Watson Road
(being also the point of beginning),
Less the portion thereof in the city of Crestwood bounded by Crompton Court on the west,
Grantridge Avenue on the south, 200 feet west of Grant Road on the west and Big Bend Boulevard
on the north, pursuant to change of boundary lines adopted on April 5, 1971.
